National Disaster Response Force

With no other disaster-training center on this side of the world, an academy which will serve as a much-needed place with excellent infrastructure

The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) building encapsulates what we could call a true example of how the play of elements in elevation can make the volumetric organization of built mass appealing and exciting. Laid under a canopy of trellis work, this building holds the body which is a specialized force constituted “for the purpose of specialist response to a threatening disaster situation or disaster”. The NDRF Academy will host simulated infrastructure, which will have a village and town set up to simulate flooding conditions and to ensure synergy in providing training to fire service, civil defense and the NDRF personnel for rescue operations in a dedicated manner, and to train people and security force for biological and chemical warfare.
