The building is designed in the form of an L-shape, chamfered at its junction. The façade uses a stone texture and concrete in combination with glass and is capped by a steel truss. Emphasis on the entrance is drawn through its projecting porch and vertical louvers that accentuate its height. Planters introduced at regular intervals break away the rigid geometry of the built form.
