A mega integrated township extending in an area of 520 acres of land, having approximately 893 villas in one block. The township boasts spacious villas, independent plots, and group housing. All dwelling units are oriented east-west in order to get optimum natural light throughout the day. With a majestic entrance and landscaping, it is a self-sustained city with all essential services and eco-friendly systems for waste management, rainwater harvesting and water management. Keeping in mind the arid climate of Bikaner the planning of the site has been done to address the microclimate with independent green pockets, large open areas with gardens having flower beds, sit outs, walking track and water features.
