The projects consist of 7 individual plots which have been earmarked for the housing development with road layout as per the Hulhumale Master Plan. Access to all the 7 plots is mainly through wide Main roads. Majority of plots have access to Green belt. The placement of the blocks has been planned in an optimized fashion to accommodate maximum commercial outreach. The blocks have been designed with a commercial floor for revenue generation and commercial space on the ground floor along with stilt parking.
