The projects consist of 7 individual plots which have been earmarked for the housing development with road layout as per the Hulhumale Master Plan. Access to all the 7 plots is mainly through wide Main roads. Majority of plots have access to Green belt. The blocks have been designed with a commercial floor for revenue generation and commercial space on the ground floor along with stilt parking.
