Setting a Benchmark Identity of Livability within the Dense Urban lifestyle
As a unique opportunity of an Urban Design exploration to create a benchmark within the dense urban fabric, in the heart of the city, the aim was to achieve maximum FAR for a redevelopment scheme, without compromising on the green spaces. The built-from has been conceptualized by evolving a standard tower typology; a T-shaped tower formulation has been designed to facilitate views of the urban landscape from all sides. 46 swanky floors of this tower have been designed to define the skyline with its futuristic curvilinear design, exceptionally sought-after amenities and branded residences by Versace. The Sky Garden manifests itself as an interesting Horizontal green layer, on the 20th floor, that ties all the towers together, highlighting the vertical landscape. It acts as a recreational space with breathtaking views of the city, at the same time helps in breaking the monotony of the towers. Designed as a GRIHA 4-star rated complex, the project is dotted with ample amenities and facilities for all age groups to make it a self-sustainable complex.
