An organized shopping destination for the community that sets its own unique identity amidst the typical non-organized segment
The project brief demanded the creation of a unique, organized shopping centre amidst the non-organized shopping complexes of East Delhi. Given the unorganized and chaotic location of the project, the design challenge was to craft a masterpiece that would endow the setting with an organized commercial setup. Enlivened with the creation of three levels of shopping activity, adjacent to a three-screen multiplex, it is complemented by a 500+ car parking space over 2 basement floors. The two luxurious, well-finished building blocks encourage a host of activities both indoor and outdoor, making it a popular community destination with over 300 shops facing the atrium.
