A housing solution for defense personals
The project is designed for retired defense personnel and their widows to realize their housing dream, through a no-profit, no-loss, self-financing housing scheme. It is an environmentally friendly design complex planned in compliance with the JDA and has a rainwater harvesting system to help tackle water issues. Ample parking spaces on stilt as well as basement, small shopping complex to facilitate daily needs and green expanses of different sizes to cater to varying user needs. The campus will house 444 families in 11 towers, organized linearly on the site, such that each unit receives ample lighting and ventilation
